Phase II of the BC Archives Time Machine was produced
by Industrial Art Internet Group under contract to the SchoolNet Digital
Collections Program, Industry Canada. Industrial Art Internet Group
is a multimedia design group that specializes in Internet web site production.
Our websites include interactive Virtual Tours, Artifact Collections, Database, Teachers Corners, and Fun and Games Sections. We work with the Ministry of Education, Skills and Training school curriculum to target our K-12 audience. We are currently producing a Teachers Guide with the Ministry of Small Business, Tourism, and Culture, to accompany the Emily Carr -At Home and At Work website. We hope to provide a CD ROM in the future to accompany this package. Suzanne Vanderven acted as the SchoolNet Digital Collections Team Project Manager for both phases
of the BC Archives Time Machine and is co-owner of
Industrial Art Internet Group*. Suzanne specializes
in producing Heritage and Museum web sites. Suzanne graduated with Honours
in Visual Arts, and her main area of focus include Graphic Design, Photography,

Assistant SchoolNet Digital Collections Team Project Manager: Carollyne Yardley
Carollyne Yardley worked on both Phase
I and II of the BC Archives Time Machine and is co-owner of
Industrial Art Internet Group.* Carollyne completed
a BA with a double major in Psychology and Art History from the University
of Victoria. Her areas of study focused on Consumer and Marketing Psychology
and Northwest Coast Indigenous Arts. Carollyne has completed Museum Studies
at the University of Victoria and enjoys teaching school programs as a Docent

Jessica Young
Jessica Young is presently finishing her BSc degree in Geography with a minor
in Biology at both the University of Victoria and Camosun College. Jessica
worked on both phases of the BC Archives Time Machine and has worked other
Heritage web sites such as the Hudson Bay Company and Craigflower. Jessica

Tracey Langstaff
Tracey Langstaff is currently attending the University of Victoria and will graduate this April (1998) with a B.A. in History. Tracey's main area of study is European history but also has a background in Canadian as well. Tracey specializes in researching and writing Historic material. Tracey contributed her knowledge of BC History to build the pages for Gallery Eight. Tracey plans to eventually receive a PHD in History and become a University Professor. Stephanie Ross
Stephanie Ross is currently majoring in Geography and minoring in Russian Studies at the University of Victoria. Stephanie contributed her knowledge of the Environment and its Resourses to build the pages for Gallery Nine. James Fernandes
James Fernandes has completed two years at UBC in the Political Science Degree Program, and is currently attending the Computer Systems Technology Program at Camosun College. James is a Volunteer for the Victoria Telecommunity Network, and he is also a member and Jet Volunteer of the Camosun College Java Club. James was the technical support, HTML trainer, and Internet programmer for Phase II. In addition, James has managed other websites as the Webmaster. Phase I of the BC Archives Time Machine was produced by Heritage Alley Productions under contract to the SchoolNet Digital Collections Program, Industry Canada. Suzanne Vanderven was the SchoolNet Digital Collections Team Project Manager for this phase as well as phase II and Carollyne Yardley and Jessica Young were also part of the development team on both phases as indicated in their write-ups. Kathryn Wilson
Kathryn Wilson has a BA double major in Geography and Environment Studies
at the University of Victoria. Her main area of study focused around community
and social planning within an ecosystem framework. Kathryn helped design
the look and feel of the BC Archives Time Machine web site and created Gallery
