PLEASE NOTE:
Full service hours are those times when Access staff are present in the reference room for researcher registration, access assistance and archives retrievals. Microfilm and dye sublimation (photographs) printing is only available during full service hours.
Partial service hours are those times when locker service is provided, but no staff are present to provide archives retrieval, registration or access assistance. Microfilm printing, dye sublimation printing (photographs), and access to the photo reference rooms are only available during full service hours.
RECORDS RETRIEVAL:
Call slips may be submitted between the hours of 10:00 to 3:30 hours during full service hours. Some material may take 24 hours or longer to retrieve.
PHOTO REFERENCE:
Hardcopy access and printing services are available only during full service hours.
