Comments Regarding the New BC Archives Search Engine

This page is for sending comments and bug reports regarding the new BC Archives Search engine and related pages.

If you have an inquiry about records or information within our archival holdings, e.g. whether we have specific records, general access and research questions, or reproduction orders, then please go to Access and Research Inquiries form.
However, if you have a comment or bug report regarding the design, usage, or operation of this new search engine then please continue on this page. If you have not already done so, please review Frequently Asked Questions and Help page (it is quite extensive), as they may answer your inquiry directly.

Please Note: we can only offer technical support about issues relating to this service and web server, and we are interested in hearing about any unusual display problems that may occur, especially given the wide range of web browsers in use. Unfortunately, we cannot provide desktop support to end users experiencing problems related to their own computer, how to use their web browsers, or Internet connectivity problems. Those issues are best addressed by a user's own Internet service provider or support people.
